This was so soft and sacred it felt like prayer.

Not to a god, but to the spaces that hold us, shape us, listen when we cry on the floor.

You reminded me that home is not just a place—it’s a witness. A container of all our quiet selves.

The way you honored the invisible made me ache.

To zoom in on something is always an act of love.

Yes. That’s what this entire piece felt like—

love, noticing, memory, loss… all braided together into something holy.

Thank you for writing this. I felt seen in it.

Wow thank you so much for this beautiful comment Rue. It felt like such a hug to receive. I’m honored you felt so seen it. Home IS a witness to all parts of us, I love how you put that so deeply. Thanks for sharing 🥰❤️

I know exactly what you mean about the spirit within the objects. I hold onto baby clothes and special books, favourite toys… I struggle to ever redecorate even because it would mean saying goodbye to a piece of furniture that’s carried us through life. Held our belongings or bodies. I’m deeply sentimental. But I think you touched on something that goes even deeper than sentimentality ❤️❤️

Mmmm love that Linds, giving reason to our sentimentality which has such deeper roots bc we are literally sensing the spirit within objects ❤️ that makes so much sense! Beautiful reflection, thanks for sharing love. Glad you enjoyed 🥰🫶
