This is coming at such a good time. Different sources of grief, but so important to stay connected to art <3

Oh how I wish I had the wisdom of this post the last time I was in deep grief - I'm so glad I have to it to refer back to for the next time <3

🫶 love you so much. I wish I had it back then too ❤️ It’s funny how we are intuitively drawn to create during grief but putting words to the urge can help us lock in that healthy coping going forward

Hello lovely woman. What a beautiful powerful post. I was with you there. Tears streaming down. Massive change losing your home to the fires. And I was deeply touched by the smaller griefs. They all need our loving attention and are just as valid.

Sending love and strength to you and your community. Xxxx

Hi sweet Emma ❤️ so lovely seeing your name here and thank you for your soft words. I can’t tell you how sad I was to have lost our basket 🥺 I grieved her deeply. But the thing that brought me some peace was thinking about how this means I simply must go back and visit you and weave again together!! 🥹❤️🧺 and what a delight that would be xo 🥰

I really was blocked in the deepest parts of my grief. But felt called to create the entire time none the less. “It isn’t about producing. It’s about creating” is so perfectly said. It doesn’t matter the outcome. It’s about the opening and release. The invitation for curiosity which opens to play. And flow is the most energizing. I don’t need as much sleep when I’m in flow. In moments of grief it’s harder for me to find flow but I never stopped seeking
